Structure Fire - 06/30/10 - Englewood, CO


 

On June 30th, 2010 Englewood firefighters battled a blaze in 90° temperatures to put out a fire that damaged both sides of a duplex apartment building at 3059 South Acoma Street. The incident was reported at approximately 1430 hours and brought firefighters from Englewood, Littleton, Sheridan, Denver, and South Metro Fire to the scene.

The structure was reportedly vacant, and the fire was brought under control in about an hour. Units continued to overhaul the building into the late afternoon.
