Wildland Fire – 08/24/11 – Ignacio, CO
On August 24th, 2011 at approximately 1400 hours, the Los Pinos Fire Districted was paged out to a report of smoke in the area of County Road 334 and Highway 151. A fire approximately 1 to 2 acres in size was seen from the Town of Ignacio.

Gas Line Fire – 08/31/11 – Bloomfield, NM
On August 31st, 2001 at approximately 1545 hours, Bloomfield Firefighters were dispatched to 1108 West Broadway (US 64), in front of the Post Office, for a report of a natural gas explosion.

On September 17th 2011 at around 1245 hours, Millburn, NJ firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle crash at the intersection of Old Short Hills Road and South Orange Avenue.

Structure Fire - 09/17/11 - South Orange, NJ
South Orange, NJ Firefighters responded to a report of a house fire on September 17th, 2011. First arriving units reported that they had a working fire at around 2112 hours.

Structure Fire - 10/18/11 - Bayfield, CO
On October 18th, 2011 at 14:16 hours Upper Pine Fire District units were dispatched to a report of a structure fire at 74 Eckart Lane in the Sierra Verde subdivision.

Brush Fire - 01/13/12 - Farmington, NM
On January 13th, 2012 at around 17:45 hours, what was initially dispatched as a possible structure fire turned out to be a brush fire behind 3520 East Main Street.

Double Fatal Structure Fire - 02/12/12 - Lee Acres, NM
On February 12th, 2012 at 0439 hours San Juan County (SJCFD) Firefighters were dispatched to 4 County Road 5582 on a report of a structure fire. Reports were coming in from County Fire Dispatch that the structure was fully involved and that people were trapped.
