On July 13th, 2012 at 11:13 hours Farmington Fire’s Engine Companies #6, #5, and Battalion #1 were dispatched to 1509 Finch Avenue on a report of a gas smell coming from a neighbor’s residence.

On October 19th, 2012 at 06:39 hours, firefighters from the Upper Pine River Fire Protection District were notified of a barn fire on Derby Drive, north of Rain Drop Drive, in the Sundance Hills Subdivision in Durango, CO.

Structure/WUI Fire - 10/23/12 - Durango, CO
Firefighters from the Durango Fire Rescue Authority (DFRA) had their hands full with a Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) fire that occurred in the late afternoon of October 23rd, 2012. Units arrived to find the split-level single family dwelling well involved, with fire spreading to the wooded area that surrounded the building.

Barn Fire - 11/13/12 - Bayfield, CO
On November 13th, 2012 at approximately 0730 hours, the Upper Pine River Fire Protection District (UPFD) was notified of a barn on fire at 50637 US Highway 160, east of the Town of Bayfield. Firefighters arrived to find a well involved barn, as well as three immediate exposure problems.

On January 23rd, 2013 @ 16:51 hours Orange, NJ Firefighters responded to a working fire at 199 Oakwood Avenue (cross street of Central Avenue). First arriving units were faced with a fire on Division #2 of a 2.5 wood frame dwelling.

On Friday April 5th, 2013 at 14:42 hours firefighters from the Durango Fire Rescue Authority (DFRA) were dispatched to a report of a structure fire on Highway 172 in the area of Airport Hill.

Structure Fire - 04/26/13 - Indianapolis, IN
Crews were dispatched to a duplex home at 2509 North Harding Street at approximately 08:45 hours on 04/26/13. When they arrived, heavy smoke was pushing from the 2-story wood-frame structure.

Structure Fire - 08/27/13 - Silver Spring, MD
An electric socket igniting a mattress fire caused a fire that displaced more than 100 residents of a Silver Spring, Maryland apartment complex on Tuesday, August 27th, 2013. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue units arrived shortly after 15:44 hours to find fire and smoke coming from the balcony of the Forest Park Apartments in the 9300 block of Piney Branch Road.

Vehicle Accident - 10/04/13 - Gettysburg, PA
A southbound car crossed the median of US 15 and struck the side of a northbound tractor-trailer on Friday, October 4th, 2013 at around 13:50 hours. Fire and EMS units from the Gettysburg Fire Department were dispatched to the crash.
