I had the opportunity to attend the 2011 Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) in Indianapolis, IN. The FDIC is the world’s largest firefighter training conference and exhibition and this year’s show was held on March 21st through 26th, 2011. For 83 years FDIC has maintained a steadfast commitment to one simple mission, to “Train the Fire Service.”
