Vehicle Accident - 04/09/10 - Kirtland, NM

On April 9th, 2010 at approximately 1400 hours, San Juan County, NM firefighters from District #1 (Kirtland) were dispatched for the vehicle accident at the intersection of US 64 and County Road 6100. The collision occurred between a compact car and pick-up truck, with the impact sending the truck into an adjacent irrigation ditch. The victims of both vehicles were treated and transported by District #1 members and paramedics from San Juan Regional Medical Center. Firefighters stood-by while the pick-up was recovered from the ditch.
