In the late afternoon of February 28th, 2012 Upper Pine Fire District crews responded to a structure fire at 3469 County Road 245. Additional information from dispatch indicated that smoke was coming out from the eves of the house.

On March 24th, 2012 while FFD units were tied up at a major brush fire on Camino Flora, Engine Company #2 and Brush Unit #2 were dispatched to a Brush Fire at the intersection of Gold Avenue and Star Lane.

On April 11th, 2012 at 00:06 hours, firefighters from the Upper Pine River Fire Protection District were notified of a structure fire at 14518 County Road 501 in the Vallectio Lake Area of Bayfield, CO.

Structure Fire - 05/19/12 - San Juan County, NM
On May 19th, 2012 San Juan County Fire District #9 (Sullivan Road) firefighters were notified about a structure fire at 400 County Road 4990. The alarm came in at 15:58 hours, and units were advised that a San Juan County Sheriff’s Deputy was on scene and had smoke showing from an unoccupied home.

On June 4th, 2012, at approximately 14:30 hours, Bloomfield, New Mexico firefighters were dispatched to a reported structure fire at 427 North Island Street. Initial dispatch information indicated that an explosion occurred in a detached garage/shed at that location.
