Brush Fire - 01/13/12 - Farmington, NM

On January 13th, 2012 at around 17:45 hours, what was initially dispatched as a possible structure fire turned out to be a brush fire behind 3520 East Main Street. Engine 2 and Brush 2 accessed the fire from the end of East 22nd Street. Ladder 2 (running a reserve piece) provided scene lighting and manpower from the rear of the Best Buy store. This incident was the first chance to put my new video camera to work, set up as a dash cam. The fire was controlled shortly after the arrival of the first due units.
